I always seek ways to improve and further my knowledge in an industry I love. Within the last year, I have completed the Meta/Coursera Certified Digital Marketing Associate Certificate and the Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Professional Certificate. 

 

As part of the Meta/Coursera Certified Digital Marketing Associate Certificate, I acquired expertise in:

  • Campaign Optimisation,

  • Creating and Managing Ads,

  • Digital Marketing Measurement and Reporting,

  • Organic, Paid, Facebook and Instagram Advertising,

  • Social Media Campaigns and Management.

  • The fundamentals of digital marketing and e-commerce,

  • Attracting and engage customers through search and email marketing,

  • How to measure marketing performance through analytics, ROI, and KPIs and present insights to stakeholders,

  • Building e-commerce stores (Shopify), analyse online performance, and grow customer loyalty.

Email Marketing
